ATEX periodic inspection of electrostatic charge buildup
The electrostatic protection of existing structures and open spaces must be inspected at least every 3 years, unless the manufacturer or installer specifies a shorter period in the technical description, documentation, or installation technology documentation. During the inspection, the person conducting it examines the adequacy of the solutions, devices, and measures for electrostatic discharge protection, as well as the grounding and coatings designed for electrostatic protection.
